Removing Barriers to Broadband Adoption
Three barriers exist when it comes to the adoption of broadband internet amongst residents in MDUs: affordability, enrollment, and lack of options. Applying a managed service approach to connecting these residents removes these barriers. Rather than each household buying their internet connection, the owner procures a single internet connection for a property-wide Wi-Fi network, and all residents can connect. This option will provide the building with better connectivity at a lower cost than traditional commercial Internet Service Provider options.
Our Common Barriers
AFFORDABILITY
By leveraging the volume of residences in an MDU, providers greatly reduce the monthly costs per unit when a building owner procures service on behalf of all residents, acting as a single enterprise-type customer. Goal: $20/mo. or less per household.
ENROLLMENT
No enrollment is needed by the residents. Wi-Fi procurement, deployment, and support provided by Managed Service Provider. Residents just have to join the Wi-Fi network like the would at an airport or coffee shop.
LACK OF OPTIONS
Subsidizing the capital expenditures for new entrants to reach the property encourages competition and further drives down price.

Bringing Internet Access to Residential MDU Buildings Across the Southeast of the United States. These costs range from as little as $0 -- $30 per month for each apartment unit in the complexes.
These cost vary based on the property location, property size and building materials used in the construction, another factor is the Internet Delivery System being used, Which could be either Fiber Optics or Fixed Wireless services, the final factor would be based on the type of Equipment being installed in the building Internet plant or Infrastructure to deliver the desired speed and bandwidth of the Internet Connection required to support every apartment unit on the property.
